Perks of The Job

Since I have been working at the diner, I have heard a lot of strange things come out of peoples mouths. Today I saw a group of adults sitting at the same table, and they were discussing Assembly KS2. I have no idea what it is but I do know that they talked about it for over an hour. I’m guessing it has something to do with schooling as I recognised a teacher that works at my daughters school. I just think it is funny how all of us at the diner try to decode what people are saying and make it our conversation for the work day. I wanted to go up and ask them what they were talking about, but knew if I did, I could possibly come off as being rude. I am not at all a rude person, but sometimes it is just polite to stay out of other peoples conversations.

Vacationing in beautiful Alicante

Looking forward to a visit to a booming tourist destination, Alicante, Spain. The area is widely regarded as having the most beautiful pristine sandy beaches in all of Spain. This is a very culturally diverse area of Spain, as I recall from prior visits. Many languages can be heard there around the coastline. On any given day you may see a local that hails originally from the United Kingdom or Germany or even Scandinavia. It’s truly one of the most picturesque vacation spots to be in. There is so much to do in the area once I check into one of the many Alicante hotels. There are many really trendy bars and eateries, along the Port area, and lots of places and walkways to venture around for an invigorating walk around this really beautiful area. It’s a very exciting adventure every time I’m there. I’m really looking forward to exploring and enjoying the area again.
